BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-G in the area bounded by

An almost perpendicular line to West Bell Plaine Avenue running in a southeasterly direction 124.37 feet long starting at a point 255.46 feet east of the east line of North Sheridan Road ( as measured along the south line of West Belle Plaine Avenue) and ending at a point 124.37 feet southeast of the south line of West Belle Plaine Avenue and 273.35 feet east of the east line of North Sheridan Road; a line continuing from the last described point in an easterly direction 96.28 feet to a point 369.63 feet east of the east line of North Sheridan Road; thence continuing in a northeasterly direction 98 degrees, 22 minutes and 23 seconds for a distance of 7.70 feet, thence continuing in a northwesterly direction from the last described point for a distance of 141.04 feet and ending at the southwest line of West Belle Plaine Avenue 312.56 feet southwest of the southwesterly line of North Broadway Avenue (as measured along the southeasterly line of West Belle Plaine Avenue); West Belle Plaine Avenue,
