ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for FIREPLACE INN on 04/10/2019, and printed upon page 99285 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of forty-five (45) square feet."

and inserting in their place the words

"One (1) at ten (10) feet in length and ten (10) feet in width for a total of one hundred (100) square feet."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
