(WATER/SEWER RATES) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel all assessments as of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Washington & Jane Smith, 11300-08 South Oakley, Chicago Illinois 60643; Account Number 439006-439006.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
