BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for LANDMARK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION on 04/18/2018,

and printed upon page 76461 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "from and after 07/14/2005" and inserting in their place the words "from and after 04/18/2018"

 

 

Section 2:

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a occupation of space(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
