2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD                     2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN:

44                     West Belmont Avenue ( north side) from a point 157' east of North Orchard to a

point 20' east thereof, 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday , 9am to 5pm Friday to Sunday. 2% Reserved Disabled Parking [02020-888]

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
