Establishment of Parking Prohibition A TALL TIMES (Except for Fire Department)

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 150, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle at any time upon the following public ways, as indicated:

Ward Location

South Kedzie Avenue (east side) from a point 141 north of the center line of West 24^th Street to a point 429 feet north of the center line of West 24^th Street;

South Kedzie Avenue (west side) from a point 141 feet north of the center line of West 24^th Street to a point 267 feet north of the center line of West 24^lfa Street;

West 24^th Street (north and south sides) from a point 36 feet east of the center line of South Kedzie Avenue to a point 97 feet east of the center line of South Kedzie Avenue; and

The north side of West 24^th Street from a point 97 feet from the center line of South Kedzie Avenue to a point 151 feet east of the center line of West Kedzie Avenue (except for Chicago Fire Department).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage

and publication.
