DIRECT INTRODUCTION





BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated locations as indicated below.
North Austin Boulevard (east side): from West Chicago Avenue south to the first alley; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
North Austin Boulevard (east side): from West Augusta Avenue south to the first alley; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
