SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Wintrust Bank of 1145 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette IL 60091, from the provisions

requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4015 N Damen Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
