THE ALTER GROUP, ALSO KNOWN AS DP LEASEHOLD (ILLINOIS), LLC Acct. No.: 88191 -1 Permit No: BACP1588007

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE ALTER GROUP, ALSO KNOWN AS DP LEASEHOLD (ILLINOIS), LLC upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 20 W KINZIE ST.
Said Planter(s) at 20 W Kinzie Street measure(s):
One (1) at fifty-five (55) feet in length and two (2) feet in width for a total of one hundred ten (110) square feet.

Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development)Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Department of Planning and DevelopmentDepartment of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination), Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Planning and DevelopmentDepartment of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination)Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
