Ordered, that the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute a settlement agreement in the following matter:

Lewis Ball v. Officers Judith Cortes, Marcus Duncan, John Thill, Hugo Salgado, Kevin Stapleton, and the City of Chicago, cited 11 C 8741 (U.S. Dist. Ct. N.D. 111.) in the amount of $300,000.
