ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XX on 01/13/2016, and printed upon page 17304 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"SMITHFIELD PROPERTIES XX"

and inserting in their place the words

"151 NORTH STATE OWNER LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
