RESOLUTION

Whereas, overtime has been implemented in several city departments, specifically the Chicago Police Department, and

Whereas, this overtime was not in the approved 2013 appropriations ordinance,

NOW, therefore be it resolved that the Budget Director appear before the Committee on Budget and update the members as to the status of overtime and its impact on fiscal year 2013.
