BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION: Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt American Ideal Cleaners at 10351 S. Michigan Ave., from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and or egress to parking facilities for 10351 S. Michigan Ave.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
