BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner
of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Keeper's
Kids, Inc. of 2718 West 59th Street, from the provisions requiring
barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking
facilities for premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

RE: Request for Parking Determination for Keeper's Kids, INC.
I am writing to request a parking determination for my Daycare, located at 2718 W. 59 Street Chicago, IL 60629. The current zoning ofthe property is B3-1. We provide daycare & after school care for ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
The building is a stand alone building with 3 entry doors. There are 7 staff members on a shift. This building is only used for a Daycare/After School Center. The number/capacity is 66 children. The hours of operation are as follows; 6 am - 6 pm.
The Center is one block from public transportation. The number of parking spaces on site are 6 total. The Floor plans with measurements are attached.
