BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance introduced into the City Council on November 11, 2016, authorizing the erection of a stop sign at the designated location be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 37255 of the Journal of Proceedings / Or2016-644|:

"West 50^th Street

for west bound traffic at the intersection of South Lawndale Avenue

(STOP SIGN).'

and inserting in lieu thereof

"West 50^th Street

for east and west bound traffic at the intersection of South Lawndale Avenue

(TWO-WAY STOP SIGN)."

SECTION 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
