BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore pending passed by the

City Council establishing residential permit parking zones in designated are, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from the following:

"East 90^th Street from South Harper Avenue to the alley westward and from South Harper Avenue to the alley eastward in lieu there of 89^th Street east to the alley and west to the alley

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its

Passage.
