BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1:     Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code ofChicago, the Commissioner of

Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Cortez Auto of 2131 W. 51st Street., Chicago, Illinois 60609, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
