BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish - No Semi Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

39                     North Cicero Avenue (both sides) from West Peterson Avenue to North Forest

Glen Avenue; No Semi Truck Parking; All Days; All Times

39                     North Milwaukee Avenue (both sides) from West Peterson Avenue to West

Devon Ave; No Semi Truck Parking; All Days; All Times

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
