BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by changing all of the District Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 7-H in the area bounded by
West Wellington Avenue; a line 87.50 feet East of and parallel to the North-South 16 foot public alley East of North Western Avenue; the East-West 16 foot public South of and parallel to West Wellington Avenue; a line 25 feet East of and parallel to the North-South 16 foot public alley East of and parallel to North Western Avenue;

to those of a RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
