BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on February 9, 2005, page 42279 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date which reads, Ordered, That the Director of the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Parking Management, is hereby authorized and directed to cause the establishment of a residential permit parking zone, from 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M., all days (excluding areas currently covered by existing loading zone and no parking zones) on portions of the following public ways:, be and the same is hereby amended by striking the following:

 

Ordered, That the Director of the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Parking Management, is hereby authorized and directed to cause the establishment of a residential permit parking zone, from 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M., all days (excluding areas currently covered by existing loading zone and no parking zones) on portions of the following public ways and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

 

Ordered, That the Director of the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Parking Management, is hereby authorized and directed to cause the establishment of a residential permit parking zone, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., all days (excluding areas currently covered by existing loading zone and no parking zones) on portions of the following public ways

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
