BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt Dearborn Wholesale of 4525 W Madison, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4525 W Madison.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage and publication.
