ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 36 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (23.4), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 17, 2003 at page 8857, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (23.4) On Archer Avenue, from Keeler Avenue to Kostner Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (23.5), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of March 10, 2004 at page 19853, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (23.5) On Archer Avenue, from Kostner Avenue to the right-of-way of the Belt
Railway of Chicago.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (23.381), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 9, 2003 at page 3876, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (23.381) On Narragansett Avenue, from 53rd Street to Archer Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (23.9), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 13, 2009 at page 61285, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (23.9) On Archer Avenue, from Laramie Avenue to Long Avenue,
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (23.10), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of June 30, 2009 at page 65544, with the following underscored text:
