City Council January 27th, 2021
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Patricia Lee Frederick has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 75 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Lee Frederick: nee Bergthold; beloved wife of Thomas; loving mother of Kimberly (Thomas) Salaba, Tammy (James) Robbin, Christine (William) Thompson and the late Thomas Jr.; cherished grandmother of Tricia Lee (Austin), Thomas, Spencer (Allison), Anthony and Joseph; devoted daughter ofthe late Catherine and Joseph Bergthold; fond sister loved by her brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Patricia to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty seventh of January 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Patricia Lee Frederick and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the , family of Patricia Lee Frederick.
