ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 25 Ward in the area with the following boundaries enforced 24 hours:

• 2000 to 2058 W. 22^nd PI. (even side of street); 2001 to 2059 W. 22^nd PI. (odd side of street); 2100 to 2110 W. 22^nd PI. (even side of street); 2101 to 2125 W. 22^nd PI. (odd side of street); 2137 to 2159 W. 22^nd PI. (odd side of street); 2124 to 2158 W. 22^nd PI. (even side of street), (Zone 109)

 

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, hours will be from 4 pm to 7 am, shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and takereffect upon passage and publication. /
