Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the proposed ordinance transmitted herewith (referred on March 9, 2011) to ROCKIT BAR & GRILL WRIGLEYVILLE - 02011-2061 - (SUBSTITUTE) to maintain and use a portion of the public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 3700 North Clark Street:
Sunday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ROCKIT BAR & GRILL WRIGLEYVILLE upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance, to maintain and use a portion of the public right of way for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to its premises located at 3700 N.
