BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance
Be amended by changing all the B3-2 Community Shopping District Symbols and indications as shown on Map No.20-E in the area bounded by
a line from a point 58.84 feet to a point 108.84 feet north of East 80th Street
along South Dr. Martin Luther Jr. King Drive; the alley next east of and parallel
to South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and South Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;
to those of a B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed Use District and corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
