BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an amendment heretofore passed by the City Council on 3/13/2013 (see Journal of Proceedings, pg. 48777) for the loading zone at 2005 W Argyle St, be and the same is hereby REPEALED by striking there from, the following:

Amend ordinance passed April 9, 2003 (Journal ofthe Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, page 106654) which reads: "West Argyle Street (south side) from a point 20 feet west of North Damen Avenue to a point 25 feet west thereof—loading zone/tow-away zone—8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.—Monday through Saturday" by striking: 'to a point 25 feet west thereof and inserting in lieu thereof: 'to a point 20 feet west thereof (12-02037568
