ORDER

ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to :

North Shore Outdoor, LLC 1650 Sunnyside Highland Park, IL 60635

for the erection/continued use of a preexisting nonconforming advertising sign/signboard over 24 feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of face) at: 3120 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60613 (Illuminated Roof Mount) with the following dimensions, height and square foot area:

Height: 14'

Dimensions: Length: 48'

Height above grade/roof to the top of the sign: 46' Total square foot area: 672 Application Date: 3/4/2013

Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provision of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
