ORDINANCE
LABRIOLA BAKERY CAFE Acct. No. 391466 -1 Permit No. 1148178

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LABRIOLA BAKERY CAFE, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Exhaust Duct(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 535 N. Michigan Ave
Said Exhaust Duct(s) at PUBLIC ALLEY measure(s):
One (1) at one point five (1.5) foot in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of twenty-seven (27) square feet.
One (1) at three point five (3.5) feet in length, and twenty (20) feet in width for a total of seventy (70) square feet. One (1) at four (4) feet in length, and twenty-one (21) feet in width for a total of eighty-four (84) square feet. One (1) at twenty-one (21) feet in length, and twenty (20) feet in width for a total of four hundred twenty (420) square feet.
One (1) at nineteen (19) feet in length, and twenty-two (22) feet in width for a total of four hundred eighteen (418) square feet.
One (1) at five (5) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of sixty-five (65) square feet.
One (1) at three point three three (3.33) feet in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine point
nine four (59.94) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
