ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 69296 - 5 Permit No. 1101965

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY/CHICAGO CAMPUS on 09/12/2012, and printed upon page 33201 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Said tree grates at East Ontario Street measure two (2) at sixty (60) feet in length and six (6) feet in width for a total of seven hundred twenty (720) square feet."

and inserting in their place the words

"Existing tree grates along East Ontario Street measure six (6) feet in length and six (6) feet in width for a total of seventy-two (72) square feet."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
