ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the      4700      block of     South Komensky Avenue, from the first alley south of West 47^th Street to West 48^th Street, including the wrap around onto West 48^lh Street ,   on both sides of street,    Sunday thru Saturday ,   at all times .
