SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt Beautiful Bright Beginnings Daycare of 3135-37 W. Warren, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3135-37 W. Warren.
