ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Rightwav Signs. 2333 N. Seeley Ave., Chicago, IL 60647 for the erection of a sign/signboard over 24 feet in height and/or over 100 square feet (in area of one face) at 33 E. Congress Parkway, Chicago, IL 60605 with the dimensions, height and square foot area:
Columbia College
Dimensions: Length: 81 Height: 301 Height above grade/roof to top of sign: 9CT Total Square Foot Area: 240 square feet
Such a sign(s) will comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 ofthe Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
