BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is herby authorized and directed to exempt the owners of 2232 South Wabash Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2232 South Wabash Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
