ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 4200 block of West Dickens Avenue, from North Keeler Avenue to North Tripp Avenue (both sides) during the hours of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday through Saturday.
