RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Rachelle C. O'Connor has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 69 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Rachelle C. O'Connor; nee DeSimone; dearly beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Tamarra DeSimone; adored grandmother of Gianna and Marissa Quails; devoted daughter of the late Mario and the late Frances DeSimone; cherished sister of Louis (Mary) DeSimone, Linda (Philip) Arredia and Anthony (Marie) DeSimone; fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Rachelle to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-six of January 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Rachelle C. O'Connor and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Rachelle C. O'Connor.
