COUNCIL MEETING JULY 28, 2011

SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE REFUND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago ROBERT A. SMIETANA is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 6050 W. Eastwood Ave., Apt. 201, Chicago IL 60630 for the year 2011.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
