ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.    Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Baranyk Associates on behalf of Owners, Dolyva Properties from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address at 3102 South Giles Avenue and 3108 South Giles Avenue.
