RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Donald J. Zochowski Jr. to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Donald J. Zochowski Jr., age 47, passed away suddenly. Loving Son of Donald and Eileen (nee Graczyk). Dear Brother of Paul (Jenn) Zochowski. Fond Uncle of Abigail, Brianna, Jacob, and Carter. Dear Nephew of Bob (Susan) Zochowski, Michael (Carol) Zochowski, Kenneth (Mary) Zochowski ,the late John " Zouch" Zochowski, Alan (Pat) Graczyk and Dennis (JoAlice) Graczyk. Donald will be missed by his many cousins, friends and co-workers.

WHERAS, Donald J. Zochowski Jr. leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this tenth day of April, 2019, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Donald J. Zochowski Jr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Donald J. Zochowski Jr. s~\
