ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance he amended by changing all the 133-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 22-F3 in the area bounded by:
a line 180 feet north of and parallel to West 89th Street; South Commercial Avenue; West 89th Street: and the alley next west of and parallel to South Commercial Avenue.
to those of B3-3 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the B3-3, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 22-B in the area bounded by:
a line 180 feet north of and parallel to West 89th Street; South Commercial Avenue; West 89lh Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Commercial Avenue.
to those of Residential Business Planned Development [ ], which is hereby established
in (he area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulation as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a pail hereof and to no others.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
