BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HUDSON HOME on 01/13/2009, and printed upon page 54115 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"five (5) Awning(s)

Said Awning(s) shall not exceed three (3) @ twenty-eight (28) feet in length and four (4) feet in width, two (2) @ twenty-one point five eight (21.58) feet in length and four (4) feet in width.
The sum of $259.00 per annum, in advance." and inserting in their place the words
"two (2) Awning(s)
Said Awning(s) shall not exceed one (1) @ thirty-three (33) feet eight (8) inches in length and three (3) feet in width, one (1) @ forty-seven (47) inches in length and three (3) feet in width.
The sum of $109.00 per annum, in advance."
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
