Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THOR PALMER HOUSE HOTEL & SHOPS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Fire Escape(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 17 E. Monroe St
Said Fire Escape(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and five point three three (5.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred eighty-six point five five (186.55) square feet.
Said Fire Escape(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-three (33) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty-two (132) square feet.
Said Fire Escape(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-two (32) feet in length, and three point three three (3.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred six point five six (106.56) square feet.
