THE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ON THE MAGNIFICENT MILE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION Acct. No. 389577 -1 Permit No. 1121176

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ON THE MAGNIFICENT MILE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twelve (12) Building Projection(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 118 E. Erie St
Said Building Projection(s) at E. Erie (Historic cast iron window display) measure(s):
Six (6) at twenty-two point five (22.5) feet in length, and point six ( 6) feet in width for a total of eighty-one (81) square feet.
Said Building Projection(s) at N. Michigan ( Historic cast iron display) measure(s):
Two (2) at twenty-three point six seven (23.67) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-three point six seven (23.67) square feet.
Said Building Projection(s) at E. Erie ( Decorative limestone elements) measure(s):
Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of four (4) square feet.
Said Building Projection(s) at N. Michigan (ive limestone elemets)coratde measure(s): Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of four (4) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
