ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a Residential Permit Parking Zone in the 3000 block of North Kilbourn Avenue between Wellington to Barry Street; on both sides of the street, Monday - Thursday, 6:00p.m-6:00 a.m., and Friday - Monday Anytime.
