ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-3, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-I and 4-J in the area bound by:

a line 95.9 feet south of and parallel to West 13^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; a line 216.9 feet south of and parallel to West 13^th Street; South Kedzie Avenue; a line 150 feet south of and parallel to West 13^th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West 13^th Street; and South Kedzie Avenue,

to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
