OVERRIDE

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets have been designated as residential parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:

And that the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing a single, consolidated Residential Parking Zone in the area with boundaries Vincennes Avenue to the East, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to the West, South 41^st Street on the North and South 41^st Street on the South.

•   421 to 499 East 41^st Street (odd side ofthe street), all times, all days (Zone 1771)

SECTION 2. That the aforementioned zones are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries one (1) Residential Parking Zone, with the effective hours of all hours, all days Zone 1771 — Department of Streets & Sanitation).
