BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for JR 215 LLC on 02/13/2013, and printed upon page 46909 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "JR 215 LLC" and inserting in their place the words "METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
