ORDINANCE 2448 N LINCOLN, LLC Acct. No. 420438 - 2 Permit No. 1129281

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 2448 N LINCOLN, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use four (4) Cornice(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2462 N. Lincoln Ave
Said Cornice(s) at N LINCOLN AVE/W MONTANA ST measure(s).
One (1) at twenty-three (23) feet in length, and two point six seven (2.67) feet in width for a total of sixty-one point four one (61.41) square feet. Said cornice shall be approximately forty-six (46) feet three (3) inches above grade level.

Said Cornice(s) at W MONTANA ST measured-One (1) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and two point six seven (2.67) feet in width for a total of forty point zero five (40.05) square feet. Said cornice shall be approximately forty-six (46) feet three (3) inches above grade level.
One (1) at six (6) feet in length, and two point six seven (2.67) feet in width for a total of sixteen point zero two (16.02) square feet. Said cornice shall be approximately twelve (12) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
