ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) Districts and M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/ Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 18-H in the area bound by:
West 71st Street; South Leavitt Street; West 74th Street if extended west where no street exists; a line 131.91 feet east of and parallel to South Bell Avenue; West 73rd Street;; a line 131.91 feet east of and parallel to South Bell Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 72nd Street if extended east where no street exists; a line 114.41 feet east of and parallel to South Bell Avenue; West 72nd Street; a line 111.48 feet east of and parallel to South Bell Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West 71st Street; and a line 114.48 feet east of and parallel to South Bell Avenue,
to those of a T, Transportation District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
