BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CONTINENTAL ASSURANCE COMPANY on 02/05/2003, and printed upon page 103853 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "CONTINENTAL ASSURANCE COMPANY" and inserting in their place the words "333 WABASH PARTNERS LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
